Before your next appointment....
Company C friends and family,
We are excited to announce that it is time to reopen! We know you are just as excited as we are and we can’t wait to see you soon! We want to thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this very difficult time. We ask that you keep in mind that due to the added measures for safety and sanitation each appointment will require more time than before, which means we will not be able to see as many clients in a day as before. Due to the overwhelming number of people needing appointments now is not the time to completely change your style or color. We can start to work you towards your new look but need to be respectful of time for all of our clients. Also be aware that because of how long it’s been, if you are a regular color client, we may have to use extra color depending on your regrowth which will result in an additional color add-on charge.
Here is what you can expect when you come in for your next appointment at Company C.
First and foremost, we ask that you are on time. Please be aware that we are going to be on a tight schedule and if you are more that 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be rescheduled. No exceptions. Please do not bring any extra guests or children with you to your appointment as we are limited to the number of people allowed in the building. When you arrive for your appointment we ask that you stay in your car and text your stylist that you are here and ready for your appointment (you will be given your stylist’s cell number before hand.) and wait for them to let you know they are ready for you. It may take a few minutes for them to answer back if they are still sanitizing or finishing up checking out the client before you. When your stylist gives you the all clear they will meet you at the front door where they will check your temperature with a touchless infrared thermometer and ask you to sanitize your hands before heading over to their chair.
If you have a temperature of 99*F or higher you will be sent home and asked to reschedule only when you are no longer showing signs or symptoms. We can’t stress this enough, if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, PLEASE, reschedule your appointment. Show your love for us and our community by rescheduling your appointment if you are showing any of the following signs or symptoms.
* Fever or chills
* Cough
* Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
* Fatigue
* Muscle or body aches
* Headache
* New loss of taste or smell
* Sore throat
* Congestion or runny nose
* Nausea or vomiting
* Diarrhea
We know you have waited SO long, and have been extremely patient for your appointment, and don’t want to wait any longer but so have we. If even one of us were to get sick there’s a strong possibility that we would have to shutdown and quarantine for two weeks or longer. We are not asking everyone to fill out a questionnaire prior to their appointment because, let’s face it, we consider our clients more as friends and trust that you care about our health and safety as much as we do yours.
We will be following the guidelines set forth by the State Board of Cosmology and the CDC. All clients will be required to wear a face mask so please make sure to bring one to your appointment. For us to be able to preform services on your hair your face masks need to have ear loops and not ties or loops that go around your head. We as stylists will be wearing a face mask and a shield. Disposable gloves will be worn when needed.
We will not have a beverage station available so please bring your own bottle of water or beverage of choice. Please make sure to eat before you come. There will be no food allowed during your appointment.
If you are looking to purchase products at your visit let your stylist know and she will collect them for you and have them ready for you at checkout.
We know it’s been a long time since we’ve seen you and we can’t wait to chat and catch up, we just ask that you keep in mind that once your service is complete and you’ve checked out that we have limited time to clean and sanitize everything before our next guest. Please be mindful not to linger after your appointment as there will more than likely be someone waiting for their turn.
We know this is going to be a whole new experience for all of us but we know that we will get through it together.

If you had an appointment that was canceled during the shutdown your stylist will be contacting you to reschedule. If you did not have an appointment but are now wanting to schedule one, please email us at [email protected]. You will be added to the list and we will get you scheduled as soon as we are able. We ask that you keep in mind that due to the added measures for safety and sanitation each appointment will require more time than before, which means we will not be able to see as many clients in a day as before. Unfortunately this may mean you have to wait longer than you would like for your appointment but we promise to do our best to get everyone in as quickly as we can. Due to the overwhelming number of people needing appointments now is not the time to completely change your style or color. We know it’s been a long time since we’ve seen you and everyone is excited for when Lancaster is moved into the “green”! Please know that as soon as we know when we can open your stylist will be getting in touch with you. We are going to be scheduling everyone who had an appointment that was canceled due to the shutdown first in order of how they were scheduled before. So if you had an appointment PLEASE don’t text or call. We will contact you! If you did not have a previous appointment but are wanting to schedule please email your request to [email protected] to be added to the list. Due to the state wide shutdown Company C will be closed until further notice. If you have an upcoming appointment, once the ban is lifted, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
