I sent an email reference the order, informing him of the issue. I had the intention of placing a order for a replacement product. Before I was able to even log out of my email. I received an email from Rugged Pirate informing my order was placed for the replacement product and a second email from Nick apologizing for the damaged product. Rugged Pirate has extremely attentive customer service. I highly recommend their product. It works magic along my mind and customer service is outstanding.
