This mannequin is a great example of why we always ask about your hair history.
Previous color, bleach, box dye, perms, relaxers, keratin treatments, and even some at-home products can all affect how your hair reacts during a color service. Hair may look healthy on the outside but can be compromised on the inside.
In this case, the hair couldn’t handle another lightening service and broke off.
That’s why we may recommend multiple appointments or say no to a service. Our priority is always keeping your hair healthy while helping you reach your hair goals!✨
