Do you apply your products in sections? 🌀

If not, give it a try! It may take an extra minute or two, but the payoff in longevity is 100% worth it.

💦 Apply to very wet hair
🤲 Emulsify your product
🌀 Rake through from mid-lengths to ends, then work back toward the roots
🪮 Comb through for even distribution

This helps make sure the entire hair strand gets coated with product.

If your hair takes forever to get fully wet in the shower, it may be trying to tell you something. 👀

Buildup coats the hair and creates a barrier that water and products can’t easily pe*****te.

**The fix? Clarify.** 🫧

One or two washes with a clarifying shampoo can remove that barrier and help your curls absorb water (aka hydration) again.

**Pro tip:** If this sounds like you, clarify BEFORE your regular wash and condition routine. My favorite is Innersense Detox Mask. XO
