Bodily exercise, physical training is good but godliness (the quality of devotion, piety and moral uprightness characterized by transforming one's thoughts, actions and desires to the will or character of God) is Top Tier training!!
I am imperfect. I mess up daily. I am grateful that Jesus continues to love me through it🙌🏾 Encouraging me, Guiding me, Loving me, Strengthening me as I walk with him...holding my cross.
End of 1st Quarter. Start of a new season...but God's timing for everyone and everything varies. Be Patient!

Hello my good people! Day 25: Let's talk about it...
Words are powerful! And your thoughts lead to those words ...and Actions follow🔐.
So I want for you to take the word(s) "Can't aka Can Not" out of your thoughts, words and actions.
You may not be able to do a muscle up, pull up or pistol squat but that doesn't mean that you don't at least TRY or modify!
We are all different! My strength may be your weakness and vice versa. But one thing we have in common is the vast capabilities and opportunity to TRY.
Can't is a copout...
Can't is quitting...
Can't is discouraging ...
So I am here to nCourage you that you in fact CAN do (action) anything that you put your mind to (thoughts)... And if you fall short, great, at least you tried🏋🏾♀️.
So to all the people who are like me and this year, you have a goal of completing an unassisted pull up or muscle up....WE GOT THIS! And if we don't, keep using the assisted machine or bands until you do🥰.
So I in the comments below, share with me one thing that you "can't" do (exercise, food, sleep time, be on time, say no) and change that statement into "I will TRY to __________"
