I was in the kitchen last night making some product for the Eastern Market today, that I had to cancel today BTW 😡.

While I was making smoothies last night I had some left over. I drank almost a full smoothie a haven't slept a flippin wink all night!! I've done this a few times over the years. Moving too fast and just consumed my sea moss in the evening/night time without thinking. 😮‍💨

Let it be a lesson to you that sea moss WILL give you energy and keep you awake. Do not consume in the evening/ night time! 🤦🏽‍♀️
