Good morning, polished family!

Update on my mom -
She had her spine surgery yesterday and it went fantastic! The surgeon said he was able to do everything they wanted to do. Yesterday she was eating, took a sprint down the hallway (okay not a sprint but she was going FAST), and said her legs already feel so much better.

In true Ana fashion, she is doing so well they might even let her go home today.

Thank you for all the prayers and to everyone who called and left messages to check in on her - we are truly blessed to have you in our lives!

This is crazy, but polished will be opening Thursday, February 5th, at 12:30pm due to lack of appointments and calls.

Hi polished family, Ana’s sister in law has passed away and as such we will be closed this Saturday, August 9th, for the funeral. Ana also plans to be out Friday.

We have reached out to all the appointments on the schedule already, if you think you should have gotten a call and haven’t, please reach out!

Hi polished family, a little bit of bittersweet news this morning.

Bekah has decided to take a leave from the salon. Her grandparents are in need of a lot of help right now and she is making the admirable decision to be there for them.

While we will miss her, we are not surprised that with her big heart and her positive attitude she is making such a loving decision.

She is not sure how long her career will be on pause for and where the future will lead her but we have told her that she is welcome back with open arms at any time should she ever want to! We are so thankful to her for her hard work, her eagerness to learn, and her commitment to our “let’s try our best to be good people doing good work” mantra.

Bekah’s last day is this Friday, July 18th. Make sure to call and set an appointment with her if you’d like to see her before she goes!
