Today would have been my Grandma’s 80th birthday!

If I could name one person who single handedly influenced and encouraged my career in the beauty industry it would be her! She was all glamour and grace with a side of sultry sexpot. She followed all the fashion trends and knew all the celebrity gossip. She had a brief modeling stint with Sears and was a self proclaimed makeup artist.

When I was little she let me keep a purse full of makeup at her house and any time we went out we had to “put our face on”. She let me play dress up with all of her clothes, shoes, and jewelry. She taught me about contouring your face, teasing hair, and how to walk in heals.

To me she was the definition of beauty and I miss her every day.

Asking for help isn’t something I’m very good at but some of the most supportive people in my life are my clients.

My kitty, Gus was diagnosed with a rapidly progressive disease. While there is a treatment, it’s hard to come by and expensive.

Any help for my sweet Gus is beyond appreciated. Even just a like, comment, and share is so helpful. ❤️

I’m beyond grateful to everyone who has followed me throughout this journey, happy to have connected with those who could only stay for awhile, and eager to meet those who’s path I’ve yet to cross.

After months of anticipation, my big move is finally almost here!

As most of you know, I have been planning since early summer to move my studio to , a brand new location within the Frandor shopping center. While I still don’t have an exact date, their final inspection is scheduled for Jan. 8th. From what I am told, things will go very quickly after that and I will definitely be able to open there by the end of the month.

While I will be working out of a much smaller space than my current location, there is so much I am looking forward to. A few of the many perks include:

•Secure entry and parking

•Brand new everything
•Close to highways and other attractions

As I wrap things up here in Haslett I will be selling some furniture and have already marked down any remaining retail. Items are priced at $10, 5, and 2 in an effort to clear everything out.
