I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE Fitness (American Council on Exercise), and I am extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping people achieve their goals. 2 things I’ve learned in 4 days of doing (and filming) 75 push ups a day.
1- I change outfits a LOT (I usually do a morning set, a midday set, and an evening set of push ups and my outfit is different every time lol)
2- Lily never leaves my side when I’m home (although I already knew this. Macaroni is always here too but she just watches from the couch)
Today was fueled by anticipation of watching SH Reunion pt. 2 🫰🏼

To build a habit you have to work at it, and work at it, and work at it, until one day it just becomes who you are.
Habit building IS a science, and you CAN hack it if you take the time to understand it, give yourself the right tools, and want it bad enough.
Next time you’re trying to get yourself to do something and you’re dragging your feet think: “the person I want to be does this” and do it. You’ll eventually start to become that person 🙌🏼
I love seeing people post their workouts, their walks, their movement. If posting is the accountability you need, post! If posting is something that you enjoy doing, post! You never know who’s watching and who will get that spark of motivation from watching you get out there and do your thing 🫶🏼

She didn’t need to stop training. She needed to understand her body.
When she came to me, she was dealing with chronic back pain and didn’t feel like she could strike a balance with pushing her body not enough and not to hard.
We didn’t just work around the pain. We built strength, improved her stability, and gradually rebuilt her body awareness and confidence.
3 months later she’s:
✔️ lifting heavier
✔️ moving without pain
✔️ ran her first 5k (!!!!!)
That’s my goal. Not just giving you workouts. Helping you understand your body so you can train and move with confidence.
