I’ve stayed quiet through a lot over the past few days, but as a small business owner, this one is really disappointing.

There’s a difference between sharing a personal experience and posting information that isn’t accurate or based on firsthand knowledge. What’s been happening goes beyond honest feedback and into something that feels coordinated and unfair.

I take a lot of pride in running a professional, respectful salon. I also take the responsibility of being a business owner very seriously—which is why I’ve chosen to handle everything privately and appropriately up to this point.

It’s disheartening to see another business owner participate in spreading information that isn’t factual, especially when I’ve always supported other local businesses and believe in lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.

I’m confident in how I run my salon, and I’m grateful for the many clients who know the environment we’ve created here. Your continued support truly means everything ❤️
