It’s always good to sit back every now and then and observe what’s going on around you. As I sat back today I of course noticed the blow dryers and the hair dropping on the floor, the phone was ringing and there were people coming and going. But I also noticed the conversation and the positive energy. In a salon it’s so much more than just the hair (although the hair is important!) it’s about the connections and relationships being formed, the ability to come in as an employee or a guest and feel at ease. Thank you and mike for creating such a great environment and thank you to all the wonderful faces we see each day that make our jobs so much fun!
