Cosmetology school did not teach me how to prepare for the passing of your first client.
I have been seeing Kaitlyn every 5 weeks since 2021.
Not only did I love the creative freedom she gave me, but I loved her kindness and compassion. I loved hearing how much she loved her family friends and dogs.
Selfishly I was bummed when she interviewed for a job in Washington this summer and glad to keep her when she ended up staying here.
Her next appointment was supposed to be monday.
I hope everyone knows your hairstylist will grieve the loss of you. Their heart will break for the people who got to care about you. I’m grateful for the opportunity to get to know such a kind person.
