Intelligent Consistency v. The Spaghetti Method

That's the advice every well-meaning mom and mentor throws at change-needed-NOW problems. Show up on demand, on schedule, regardless of how many kids you have, regardless of who just died or got sick in your family, and regardless of what your life is asking of you currently.

The algorithm of life apparently "doesn't care". "F**k your feelings, stick to the plan" only works when you're actually taking care of yourself in real and measurable ways. And while there is no denying that being more visible, showing up more and producing more that your people will find you, most of our lives are not Nike ads....

However, what happens when you show up half-assed, tired, distraught and with that OVER IT energy that you only share with your closest girlfriends, is that you ATTRACT other people and situations with that same fu***ng vibe. Manifestation girlies aren't completely wrong there, you get what you put out there, and if you're showing up rested, well-loved, nourished and bright...that's the "consistency" that will deliver you your dream life.

In addition to traditional Hellenistic astrology, I use my own approach in sessions called the Polarity Method. I want to explain what that means because it's a big part of what makes these readings practical and not just interesting.

Every planet and sign in your chart has two expressions. You can think of them as two ends of the same spectrum. One end tends to drain you and the other tends to fuel you. They're both natural. They're both built into your design. But most of us default to one side without realizing the other is available.

Here's a real example: Neptune in your chart can show up as avoidance, checking out, numbing, struggling to stay grounded. But the other end of that same spectrum is spirituality, creativity, and deep intuition. Same planet, completely different experience depending on which expression you're living in.

The shift between the two doesn't require overhauling your whole life. It's usually one small, specific adjustment that can cut out roughly 90% of the trial and error you'd go through trying to figure it out on your own.

This is probably the most common question I get, and I think it deserves an honest answer: Is Astrology real?

I don't ask anyone to believe in astrology the way you believe in something on faith. That's not what this is. Astrology, specifically Hellenistic astrology, which is what I practice, is one of the oldest systems of pattern recognition in human history. It's been studied, refined, and applied for thousands of years across cultures worldwide.

What I can tell you from over 1,000 readings is that when I sit down with someone's chart and start describing how they think, how they make decisions, what kind of work lights them up, and where they tend to hit walls, people consistently say "how did you know that?" I didn't guess. It's in the chart, laid out in (what looks to me) like plain language.

I think the most useful way to approach astrology is the same way you'd approach any tool: try it, see what it does for you, and let your own experience be the evidence. You don't have to arrive as a believer, you just have to let your curiosity be slightly stronger than your doubt.
