Please understand that when you book an appointment with me, you are paying for my time, expertise, experience, and the products used to provide your service. These resources cannot be recovered once a service has been completed.

I take great pride in my work and make every effort to ensure that each client feels comfortable communicating with me throughout their appointment. I encourage honest feedback and always welcome the opportunity to address any concerns before you leave the salon. Open communication allows me to make adjustments in the moment and helps ensure you are happy with your service.

Because of this, I DO NOT offer refunds on completed services.
If you have concerns about your appointment, please reach out within 48 hours so I can review the issue and work toward a reasonable solution. I will always do my best to ensure all my clients leave feeling beautiful.

Please note that if you do not allow me the opportunity to assess and attempt to correct your hair, you forfeit any eligibility for a service adjustment.
