Aging is inevitable, but how we care for our face along the way makes a difference. ✨
Ten years of consistency, preventative treatments, realistic expectations, choosing top tier and expensive providers, and knowing when to say “I don’t need anything else.”
The goal was never to look different. It was to still look like me, just better. 🤍

How long does Botox take to kick in? 💉
You may start noticing results about 4–5 days after your injections, but full results typically take 10–14 days. So don’t panic if you still have movement during that first week, give it time to settle before evaluating your final result. ✨

Botox complications aren’t always random. 👀
Spocked brows, lid ptosis, mid-brow drop, and overall brow heaviness can happen when neurotoxin is placed incorrectly, improperly dosed, or spreads into an unintended muscle.
Understanding facial anatomy, muscle movement, dosing, placement, and proper dilution is key to reducing these risks.
Botox isn’t just about knowing where to inject—it’s knowing where not to inject. 💉 Knowledge and precision matter.

I practice what I preach 💉✨
Tox every 5–6 months because I’m still a crunchy granola girlie… just with a slightly materialistic, aesthetic side. 😂🌿
Although many people choose treatment every 3–4 months, I personally like to let my movement return fully and get close to baseline before treating again.
Neurotoxins temporarily relax the targeted muscles, and repeated treatments may gradually make those muscles smaller or weaker—which is partly why results can last longer over time. For me, the goal isn’t to stay completely frozen year-round. It’s to soften my lines while still allowing my face time to move and recover.
A little tox, a little movement, and a whole lot of balance. 🤍

No shade… but stay in your lane. 👀
You won’t see me teaching you workout routines because I’m not a personal trainer.
I’m not going to pretend to be an expert in something I’m not trained in.
So let me ask you this…
Why are you taking medical advice from someone who isn’t medical? 😬
Wellness content is everywhere.
Credentials still matter.
Scope of practice still matters.
And knowing who your information is coming from matters. 🤍
Follow whoever you want for inspiration. ✨
But when it comes to your health? Check the source.

Magnesium is having its moment… and for good reason. 👀✨
It plays a role in energy, sleep, muscle + nerve function, and so much more.
But here’s what we forget: magnesium doesn’t work alone. 🌿
Our bodies also need minerals like zinc, copper + manganese working together to support all those everyday processes that keep us feeling our best.
Think of your minerals as a team. 🤝
It’s not about ONE magic nutrient—it’s about balance.
Nutrition first. Supplement when appropriate. Test when indicated. And remember—more is not always better. 🤍
Follow along because I’ll be breaking down more vitamins, minerals and nutrients—and what they actually do in your body. 🌿
