10-MINUTE LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow a 10 minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled (please avoid the drive if you will come later than 10 minutes) and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
I completely understand that things can happen, but arriving late puts me behind and makes it difficult to provide the quality service you deserve.

Also very important please keep in mind that I will not work under pressure or rush through an appointment just to make up for lost time, or you have something schedule right after the lash appointment. (In that case please avoid your appointment) This teason i have my appointments 2hrs and 30 minutes apart. I want to take my time and give each client the attention and results they deserve. 💕
