Switching from Tirz To Reta ?This what you NEED to Know 👇👇

One of the biggest mistakes that I see people make when they switch from Tirz to Reta is expecting Reta to feel stronger right away. In fact, a lot of people switch, get hungry, stop losing weight for a few weeks, and immediately think Reta isn't working—and I'm going to tell you why.

👉Tirz is a GLP-1 and GIP agonist. For most people, it creates very strong appetite suppression.

👉Reta is just a little bit different. It has a third pathway called glucagon receptor activation. The problem is that Reta often takes a lot longer to show itself.

👉Many people come from higher doses of Tirz and actually notice less appetite suppression during this transition period. That doesn't necessarily mean that Reta is weaker. It just means your body is adjusting to a different mechanism of action.

👉This is why I tell people not to judge Reta after one to two weeks. Give it a little time. Focus on your calories, your protein, hydration, and activity while you're titrating.
I've seen plenty of people panic early on, only to find that 8 to 12 weeks later, they're getting results they never expected.

👉And if you do want to make the leap from Tirz to Reta and you want to know what dose you should take, I always say start at 2 m.g, since your body is already used to GLP-1. Just be prepared to titrate up fairly quickly because appetite suppression can come back pretty hard.

👉Only in the beginning, the transition can feel slower than people want, but that doesn't mean it's not working.
