Renewing your strength doesn’t just happen. I often think about when we had that earthquake in the DMV and the earthquake might’ve lasted all of 10 seconds however, the damage that it did to certain internal structures took months to repair. For example, the monument has scaffolding around it and I’ll add a picture of that within this slide, but I’m learning that repair and renewing takes time. Now that doesn’t mean that you don’t do the work in the meantime that’s why it’s the meantime. The etymological breakdown of the word mean is intentional, so when you wanna be intentional, it’ll seem mean. When honestly, it just wasn’t in the person observing plans.

I also like to use the example of electricity when talking about strength, some appliances won’t work unless they’re plugged in. Now you do have some that do work without being plugged in, however it was plugged in at some point and just because it’s cordless some people think it’s disconnected. Na it’s just obedient. The instruction manual to whatever you’re using, has rules and regulations for how to operate this piece of equipment effectively, and by following the manual you can plan around successfully using the equipment. Now the issue is our manual, which is the Bible didn’t come written in our language. So now we rely on scribe scholars, and the illusions to provide us with our instructions that were given to us by God. We then have people who before even reading the instructions will denounce God. Before even reading the instructions.. that sounds like me every time I’m bout to put something together. My next scripture tomorrow is going to be about planning. To activate hearing from God, you gotta acknowledge what you ignored. Sometimes we open the Bible to find an answer rather than understand a principal. For example, when this verse says God will be with us wherever we go is also insinuating that God has been with us everywhere that we’ve been. Know that you are not building a relationship. It is being revealed to you. What you mean to God does not increase based on deeds you are already His and he is waiting for you to take the position.

I didn’t know that I would be the communicator. Everything that I’ve been through has built me for it. Every interaction chiseling at the art of Markis. My next post is going to be about children of God and how through our faith were adopted. I received a great reminder this week that our Father in heaven is the God of the living. So do what makes you feel alive because he’s with you.

Initially these Bible post were made to make people feel how I feel when I see them. That’s not always the case. Someone just lost their mom, someone just lost their job, someone just made the deans list, some one just had a baby… everyone has different situations so it’s unlikely that someone is living your life.. but the common denominator in every situation is God’s provision.

The modern church uses the phrase Jehovah Shamma to symbolize the Father’s presence. In the sense of Him being omnipresent geographically but also at the success, result or outcome spiritually. Eventually Hebrews 11:1 will be a post but it’s necessary for understanding.

I strive to always be in a position to receive our Father’s refuge and strength. That comes with obedience and the first rule of obedience is the prerequisite of loneliness. Not physically but spiritually your refuge is at the result you desire within your Father’s plan for your life. Glory be to God.
