Well it’s a done deal!! My very first 10k!! If you know me this definitely was not “in my wheelhouse” but I went pretty far out of my comfort zone and got it done ✅ thanks to for helping me get ready 🤩 I had fun, and thanks to@the DDCF CREW for keeping the show going while we were out!! 👊🏼 🐢

Well it’s complete!!! some days it was a piece of cake, some days it was kinda inconvenient. I was able to manage and keep with the program through birthdays, holiday, and travel. Way to go crew!!!! We did it 👊🏼💪🏼

Rebuilding takes time. Mobility takes time. Strength takes time. All takes daily effort. It is hard to go so slow but stay consistent. Building the discipline to do what’s necessary to stay strong. Building endurance while maintaining adrenal health is a focused balance of work and recovery. 44 out of 75 days down.
