Awaken the Healer Within ✨
This is more than a Reiki Level One training. It is an invitation to embody Reiki, to awaken the healer that has always lived within you, and to remember the wisdom your body already holds.
For a long time, I’ve envisioned creating a training that wasn’t just about learning Reiki, but living it. A space where healing is experienced, practiced, and embodied. This training has been in the making for a long time, and I’m so honored to finally share it with you.

Over four days together, you’ll receive your Reiki Level One certification while immersing yourself in practices that help you build a genuine relationship with this sacred healing art. You’ll leave with more than a certificate. You’ll leave with a practice you can carry into your everyday life.

She comes with me to every beautiful place. To birthday breakfasts with my dad. To the uncomfortable, vulnerable conversations that ask us to grow. She comes on every adventure, reminding me to stay in awe of this wild life. She’s there on playful dates with myself and with friends, during slow mornings spent journaling, and even on money dates, learning that abundance can be something we meet with curiosity instead of fear.
Together we’ve honored every place we’ve been, every version of ourselves we’ve learned to love, and every lesson that brought us here.
And oh, the places we have yet to see.
We’re still riding our fire horse into freedom, hearts open, trusting the road beneath us and the unknown path ahead feeling excitement for all the wonder ahead 💕✨
