I was unable to eat without being sick, bloated and uncomfortable. I’ve tried many holistic and what I thought were quality vitamins and supplements. Only to continue to be sick. That All changed a few months ago, and I’m hoping to help others benefit from what I have found that changed my life!

The secret to success is found in your daily routine.

Here’s some things that have worked for for me to make my days more productive.
💧 Drink 24 oz H2O first thing (and keep it going…100-120 oz daily)
🏋🏼‍♀️ Exercise early
🙏🏼 Write down 3 things I’m grateful for
⏰ Time block 90 minute segments to accomplish moving the “Big Rocks”
❌ Say NO when something doesn’t align with my goals
🥗 Eat healthy foods – meal prep or meal delivery are lifesavers
💊 Quality supplements
✨ Get enough fiber
💪🏼 Eat enough protein
