Job description
As a Massage Therapist for our spa, you will be setting the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will curate their experience to create moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their experience with us.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
Follow all spa policies and procedures, especially safety and sanitation policies according to CDC guidelines.
Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
Perform other job-related duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED:

One (1) year of guest service experience
One (1) year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
Experience in retail
COVID-19 precautions
Remote interview process
Personal protective equipment provided or required
Plastic shield at work stations
Temperature screenings
Social distancing guidelines in place
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Contactless payment and checkin options available.
