I have dog food coming and some more makeup. You don't have to have a ton of followers. I don't. But you do need to do their tasks for each product. If you do them, you get more opportunities. Very exciting sometimes with what you can get.

I've been having fun playing around with editing videos. Made a new intro and outro for my videos (I like to change them up every year). I screen recorded my Yungblud concert from last year off my live I did on Instagram. It'll be uploaded to my on NYE day.

I've also been learning new YouTube features. For example, I learned how to add chapters to my videos. So that one is the first where I added them to. You can skip to the next song if you want to without trying to fast forward yourself.

I also learned how to insert cards on my videos (those recommend other videos of yours at the top of the screen when you're watching a video).

And finally, how to add a end screen to my videos. Those suggest you subscribe to me and add a video or two I pick out to suggest you watch. All you have to do is tap the video to go to it. The Yungblud video will have all that on it, taking you to my Melrose Avenue video. Once that video is live, the Melrose Avenue video will suggest you watch the Yungblud one.

So, as you can see, I've been doing exactly what I said I would be doing, concentrating on improving my channel for next year. Better phone, better quality recording and better editing. I've been busy!

Also trying to get into doing shorts and TikToks (still not my favorite content to do, but I'll do more next year and see if it's worth the extra effort).

4 years on ! Kind of feels like it's been longer, kind of feels like I have barely gotten started. I'm a small channel. No real agenda. Not trying to be an influencer or get 20,000 subscribers. I just hope whoever watches "A" video or all my videos enjoys what they're watching and feels I'm not wasting their time.

I have been pretty much just vlogging my year with my cancer diagnosis and not much else. And I appreciate every single view. Because that's not what my channel was made for. But who can forsee a health issue?

I have a new phone. One with more space/memory so I can not only record longer videos, I can record in higher quality and edit without needing to lower it. I'm going to be taking some time to learn how to edit better, tricks and little things to make them hopefully more interesting to watch for this new year. You have NO idea how annoying it's been for about a year, having to go through everything that is on my phone, clear the cache to get enough space to do a 10 minute video. Sooo much time it took. I'm honestly shocked I didn't just say 🖕 it and stop. I must like it. 🤣

And... if I can afford it, there MIGHT be a small coming soon... as a way to say thank you for the continued support and care, especially this last year.

Quite honestly, when I started my channel, it was because a video I recorded was too long for Facebook... I never intended to continue with it. And I only expected a few Facebook friends to even watch it. Again, I'm a small channel, but it's crazy to see there's close to 300 people out there who have been interested enough to subscribe to me. That humbles and shocks me.

If my channel grows, it grows. If it doesn't, that's absolutely fine with me. I'm just going to be doing what I do. Here's to seeing what #2025 brings!
