✨ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT CANCELLATIONS ✨

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When a last-minute cancellation or no-show happens, that time could have been offered to another client. 🤍

To keep things fair for everyone, I requires at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

✨ 12+ hours notice: No fee
✨ Less than 12 hours: 50% of scheduled service
✨ No-call/no-show: 100% of scheduled service
✨ One courtesy grace appointment: Per calendar year

Please note: No-call/no-show appointments must be paid in full before rebooking.

I completely understand that life happens, which is why every client receives one grace appointment per year. After that, the cancellation policy will apply to all future appointments.
