You can't go Heavy ALL THE TIME! 🚫
Our bodies need variety/variability. Going heavy places the most demands on your muscles & especially your joints.
I always injured myself sooner than later. Yes my nutrition was on point, I rested, & always changed up my workouts.
Be sure to include high rep days & know when to back off on the poundage. Over training is for everyone!
Stop comparing yourself & stop taking short cuts!

We can hydrate 💧 too much
Too many complex carbs consumed & when the hydrogen is broken down in own bodies it turns into water.
Cardio among many other benefits helps to keep your body balanced. Stop believing those who say you don't need cardio.

FAST RECOVERY 🦍
Most people who workout don't recover from it. Eventually the end result is injury.
Be sure to have workouts designed to strengthen the body & at the same time rest the body. In other words, less stress or demands on your body.
Be sure to also sleep 6-8 hrs, eat plant-based foods, & your living environment & who you share space with also matters! ♥️
