I understand trends come and go. Remember 2000 mega liner thin brows heheheh....well, with the trending thicker brows in the past few years, many have decided, it is just not for them. Don't fret. You can start anew.

The tattoo ink used in permanent makeup does fade and requires maintenence. It can oxidize or fadeout.
