48 hours before your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00. No-Show: If you no show your deposit will not be refunded. Reschedule: If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Only one reschedule will be allowed while keeping your deposit. If you need to reschedule a second time you will lose your deposit. Late: There is a 15 minute grace period. Appointments are scheduled to allow enough time for all clients and we understand that things may happen. Please inform us as soon as possible if that is the case. If you're late more than 25 minutes then your appointment will be cancelled and you'll have to reschedule with a new deposit. No pets allowed except service dogs. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed.
