I am available for hair-related phone calls, text messages, and DMs during the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Messages sent outside of those hours may not receive a response until the next business day.
I know hair questions feel urgent in the moment, but texting me at 11 PM, 4 AM, or calling me any time of day or night about a hairstyle is not going to work anymore. Respectfully, y’all would not want someone from your job texting you at that hour either. 😂
Also, if your question is, “Can you do this style?” and it is a braid style or a service listed on my website, the answer is most likely yes.
Please book through the website and attach your inspiration picture to your appointment. If you are unsure what service to choose, select Custom Style and upload your picture. I will review it and update the appointment if needed.
I am also working on adding a Style Quote Request Form to my website. This will allow you to upload a picture, request a quote, and list the appointment dates/times you are interested in.
This will make the process easier for everybody and help me keep everything organized in one place.

Starting now, my official business hours will be:
Tuesday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday & after-hours appointments: Available by request with an additional fee
I have been extremely flexible since I started doing hair in Spartanburg — early mornings, late nights, Sundays, last-minute appointments, all of it. But moving forward, I have to create better boundaries for myself, my business, and my personal life.
I love what I do, but I also have a life outside of doing hair. 💕
If you need an appointment outside of my regular business hours, you are welcome to request one, but please understand there will be an additional fee for that time.
