Face Mask Mama is now hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Below is just a snap-shot of some of the duties this entry-level position is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
responsible for processing cash, debit, credit, and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system. This duty includes balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns, and scanning items for sale
Help resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Help clean and organize kiosk and sales items
Preferred skills and experience:

Previous experience in sales or in a retail environment
Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
Collaborate and work with other team members
Ability to lift/move materials in the 1-5 pound range, stand and walk continuously
Ability to build rapport with customers
