We are rebuilding a strong, professional, and caring team focused on long-term career growth, exceptional customer service, retail success, and creating a truly elevated guest experience.

✨ Position Overview
The Spa Concierge is the heartbeat of Harmony — welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, supporting salon sales goals, and helping maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and energy of the spa environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:
loves luxury hospitality,
enjoys organization and teamwork,
believes in wellness and holistic beauty,
and thrives in a positive, service-oriented environment.

🪷 Key Responsibilities
Arrive by 10:30 AM to open and prepare the spa for the 11:00 AM opening
Assist with station setup, sanitation, and daily housekeeping tasks
Maintain reception and gift shop areas — ensuring displays are clean, stocked, and visually inviting
Monitor restrooms and service areas to ensure cleanliness and proper stocking throughout the day
Manage appointments, check-ins, transactions, and rebooking in the Booker POS system
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
Support salon goals for:
retail sales,
re-booking,
upgrades,
memberships/packages,
and overall guest retention
Collaborate closely with technicians and management to maintain smooth daily operations

💎 Qualifications

3–5 years professional customer-service, front-desk, hospitality, luxury retail, salon, spa, or medical office experience preferred
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Comfortable discussing products, promotions, and recommending retail items
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Passion for wellness, beauty, luxury service, and guest care
Must pass background and credit checks

🌸 Compensation & Bonus Structure

Base Compensation
Starting at $15/hr. Raise after 90 day probation dependent upon individual and Salon performance.
Personal Retail Bonus

3% bonus on direct personal retail sales
