Our preference is to hire licensed beauty professionals with at least 10 years of experience who are committed to building long-term careers in a luxury, holistic salon and spa environment.

We will also consider professionals with fewer years of experience who can demonstrate exceptional technical skills, outstanding guest service, advanced education, excellent references, or an impressive portfolio of work.

We're especially interested in professionals who have already begun building their own clientele. Ideally, you'll bring 5–10 loyal regular guests, although we're equally interested in experienced professionals who have the talent, reputation, and motivation to build a thriving clientele with us.

But attitude, integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to grow matter even more.
