Back with something new to kick off my fitness journey again.

I've been slacking, June 1st I plan to go hard with my Herbalife and working out. The goal is to be 20 to 25lbs down and gain a little muscle by August . So I have exactly 60 days to show myself and yall what Herbalife and a consistent workout can do.

I have been far from consistent with this fitness thing. But today is Day 1 I'm back on my shakes. From today until my plane leaves for Jamaica on the 18th, I will be drinking shakes and exercising. I had plenty of time to get in the best shape I could have before this trip, but life and my many excuses to not dedicate time to my personal health and fitness got in the way 😩 .

We are all human and some of us struggle more than others when it comes to diet and exercise, I'm one of those some, but for the rest of 2019 I vow to take the time I need to invest in my health and fitness.

Losing 100lbs is not easy feat, the heard part comes with sticking to your diet and strength training. Honestly, I lost the weight but I'm still just as weak if not weaker than someone twice my size. I'm gonna get the full Hour Glass figure I desire this year. I'm even gonna enlist the expertise of BodyBy Misa Masters to help me with a meal plan and the exercises help me achieve the shape and strength I desire.

Breakfast!
The blender that I just purchased for quick shakes is defective. So today I'm having oatmeal with some honey,almond milk,and honey butter.

I know for some this may be too sweet and fattening but since I am NOT trying to lose anymore weight and just tone to get that full shape. I think I will be ok.

If you are just beginning your journey, you should probably use water instead and omit the butter and honey, and replace it with fresh fruit, of which I had none in the fridge today 😫
