With recent event and the Holidays coming near we feel that we need to repost our rules! Please keep in mind that this is our business, our career and our income.

If you No Show the first time you will be charged 50% of the booked service. The second time you will be removed from the schedule and unable to re book. A no show is anything canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no contact at appointment time.

We are totally understanding and aware that life gets in the way sometime but we make time specifically for you. It is extremely frustrating to sit waiting when we could have given another potential client a chance. If you are sick we are totally understanding and love you but do not love your germs!

Our books are extremely tight during the holiday season so please make sure that YOU write your appointment time down and are aware of timing and traffic conditions. Our 8 minute late cancelation will always apply and your appointment will be rescheduled. We will be very limited on being able to move clients around during these times!
