Welcome to the NeuroTitans Universe
NeuroTitans is a children’s educational book series created by Dr. Vanessa Becerra Bautista, designed to help children understand their minds, emotions, and unique brain strengths in a fun, empowering, and age-appropriate way.
Through exciting adventures, colorful characters, and real-life challenges, children learn that their struggles do not define them. Whether they are facing anxiety, attention difficulties, screen overuse, self-esteem challenges, or emotional regulation difficulties, the NeuroTitans teach them that their brain can become their greatest superpower.
At the center of the series is Dr. V, a mentor who guides children into a world where they discover the hidden powers within themselves. Along the way, they meet a team of young heroes who each represent different strengths:
* Z teaches mindfulness, breathing, and emotional awareness.
* Danny uses technology and problem-solving skills.
* Thomas demonstrates resilience, courage, and perseverance.
* Abraham harnesses the power of music, rhythm, and creativity.
* Conciencius helps children understand wisdom, self-awareness, and the subconscious mind.
Together, they help children face villains that represent real-life challenges such as fear, self-doubt, bullying, unhealthy habits, negative thinking, and emotional overwhelm.
The NeuroTitans series was created with a unique combination of psychology, neuroscience, counseling, and child development principles. Each story transforms complex mental health concepts into adventures children can understand and apply in everyday life.

According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), the human brain can generate roughly 20 watts of electrical power - enough to power a dim lightbulb! What we think and how we move is determined by the brain's electrical activity, displayed in the form of brain waves.
Neurofeedback can train these brain waves to help your brain see how it is functioning and learn to regulate itself better - leading to improvements in focus, mood, sleep, and more.
