Okay THIS is one of those products I wish more people knew about š

The Hype
A year and a half ago, I started getting unbareable headaches, the ones that make you so dizzy to the point of throwing up. I wasn't sure what was going on but I later found out it was Hypertension--makes sense. I had alot on my plate. On top of not being able to handle stress and anxiety properly, I also got diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Both hypertension and diabetes runs in both sides of my family. Medication helps but I knew I needed assistance in fighting that food noise and making better choices. Its STILL a struggle, don't let the GLP-1 fool you. I still have to do the work. Whether you need assistance in this way or even without, you're amazing for taking that first step. This is mine. My goal is to be off my hypertension + diabetes medication. We got this!
