A former cooler blonde client who recently came back to me, 2 services ago. I did a full head of with , but this time, we decided to shift her toner to be slightly warmer; a sunlit buttery blonde. It better suits her fair skin, she doesn't feel washed out, and she loves it! (It does my soul good to watch someone be so completely happy with their hair!) Followed by a blunt cut with some face framing. God assisted me in getting a great with a little breeze.

Dear clients, ya know my old BioIonic 10X blow dryer that only had 2 heat settings; hot & cold? Well say goodbye to that, because the new version has 3 heat settings! No more 'too hot'near the scalp. My new hair shears arrived! I am so grateful to be able to invest in better results for my clients. I am looking forward to many years use from these . They came with lots of extras. I called them this morning, because I need thicker finger ring inserts for my small hands, and they texted me back promptly, while then they were on vacation, and let me know they would send me some free of charge when they come back on friday. That's exvellent customer service.

It's been almost 4 years since my beautiful insurance agent has been in my chair. Her life is beyond busy, and it was so good to spend time with her. First was a dry chop of the long shaggy cut she wanted. Then I repaired a past box color with a super rich brunette using , , , and other goodies I put in my mixes. After color, we treated her mane with Olaplex step 3 plus, then , and products. I perfected her shaggy long layers wet & more texturing after her blow-out. Her hair has always been great to work with & this is just gorgeous.

I am as excited about buying new hair shears as I was about buying my car.
