🔥 Heat protectant is protection—not permission to turn your flat iron up to 450°. The right temperature matters just as much as the product.

✂️ If your ends are thin, split, and breaking, be prepared for a haircut. Your stylist isn’t “scissor happy”—those ends are simply holding on to length that is no longer healthy.

🧴 And please stop putting random oils on seborrheic dermatitis. Certain oils can feed the yeast associated with the condition, making the itching, inflammation, and flaky buildup worse.
