I did my clients ombré brows a few days ago and told her I NEEDED to do a Korean lash lift on her becuase her lashes are beautifullllllll. She didn’t believe me when I told her she had the most beautiful lashes I’ve ever seen! So me being me, I had to prove her wrong lol

OUT-OF-OFFICE REMINDER

I will be out of town from Friday, September 11 through Tuesday, September 15 for my sister-in-law’s wedding. I’ll be spending this time celebrating with family and will be away from my phone.

Please do not contact me through Instagram or other social media DMs, as these messages can easily be missed. My marketing emails are also not monitored for responses, so texting is always the best way to reach me!

RESCHEDULING POLICY REMINDERS

Please keep the following policies in mind when managing your appointments:

- You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- Services over $100 rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will require a $75 late rescheduling fee.
- The rescheduling fee does not apply toward your remaining service balance.
- You may transfer your appointment and original payment or deposit one time only with proper notice.
- If you need a second reschedule, you'll need a new deposit or full payment.
- Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

These policies help protect the time reserved, especially for you, and give other clients a fair opportunity to book available appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule! 🤍

This is not to call anyone out or put my client on blast.

This client came in for a brow lamination, wax + tint service and immediately after the first step for the lamination I noticed swelling & redness. Prior to starting her service I asked her if she had been using an products with any active ingredients in them and she told me “not that I know of”.

After I noticed the inflammation I immediately stopped the service and asked the client to show me what products she uses. After looking into her skincare routine I realized she uses a daily moisturizer that has niacinamide in it. (Which is an active ingredient that can make your skin hyper sensitive)

Ladies/gents, if you do not know if your products have active ingredients in them please contact me immediately so I can go over your products with you prior to you coming in for your lamination or wax services. It is part of the pre-care to stop using these products at least 1 week prior to your appointment.

The products used on your skin during this service are chemicals and can cause chemical burns and getting waxed while using these products can cause the wax to pull skin. It is EXTREMELY important to follow your pre-care that is sent to you when the appointment is made.

A LITTLE HEALTH UPDATE

As the seasons begin to change, my asthma has been acting up more than usual. I never experienced asthma growing up, but it does run in my family, and I’m still learning how to navigate this new diagnosis and manage my symptoms.

I’m incredibly grateful to every client who has shown me patience, kindness, and understanding while I adjust. Your support truly means more to me than you know. 🤍
