Go out into your community, be where your dream clients already are. One, this is where you can find them and build in person connections. Two, now you have things to talk about once you get them in your chair. 👏🏼

✨ Have a set schedule. Schedule Rest.
✨ I personally suggest monthly “3 days away” vacations.
✨ Put a $$ value on your “non-client work”, then schedule that work time into your existing schedule equal to a paying service.
✨ Get clear on what brings you joy, do more of that.
✨ Never stop learning. Don’t judge yourself too hard.
✨ Always & Only be in competition with yourself. Take inspiration from others.
✨ Eat. Hydrate. Stretch.
✨ Build a clientele who you enjoy spending time with.
✨ Work in an environment that supports you.
✨ Build a life outside of the salon, make time to enjoy it.
All the money and success of your dreams means nothing if you have no time to enjoy it.

Part of your service is making sure your client is educated for home maintenance ! Teach them which products are best for their hair and lifestyle. 🤍
What their hair looks and feels like daily in between their appointments is more important than only how it feels when they leave your chair !!

We do a lot more than hair. Market that !! We make people feel confident, beautiful, loved. Sell the feeling, not the service. And share what makes you unique !! Don’t blend in with all the other stylists out there in the world. Give people a reason to remember you. ✨
