As an advanced esthetician who’s been diving into gut health these past few months (& working towards becoming a holistic health coach one day!) I love creating snacks that are simple, nourishing, & supportive of overall wellness, especially for glowing, healthy skin✨🌱
Packed with protein from Greek yogurt & cottage cheese, this snack keeps me full & energized throughout the day🤩 It’s also rich in healthy fats from the almonds & cashews (two of my favorite nuts because they won’t trigger acne-prone skin!) plus a fiber boost from fresh strawberries🍓
Let’s talk about the spices… probably my favorite part! 😍

You can totally customize this snack to YOUR liking! 🩷 I’ve started using a food processor to blend everything, it gives the cottage cheese a super smooth texture that’s perfect for this snack (I’m a bit picky with textures, so anything that helps, I’m all for 😂🙌🏼). Sometimes, I switch things up by blending it with pea protein powder & spinach for a yummy protein-packed shake! 😍 I just keep the nuts on the side :)
