There’s no universal “right” dilution ratio.
Every client, every pigment, and every healed result requires thoughtful decision-making.

However.. I've been doing this so long I've come up with specific percentages which will make learning how to do a pigments and create soft pottery effects easier.

Diluting pigments has been an obsession of mine I learned in body tattooing like 20 years ago and it's one of the most amazing techniques to create a powder brow... A super soft and natural powder brow while using larger needle.

You can also create super soft smokey eyeliners. Once you lose this technique it will be an important part of your skill set and toolbox.

Your pigment isn't always the problem.
