When cooking Thanksgiving turkey remember, the key is BUTTER! Lots of butter, under the skin, into cavity and more for pasting. Instead of water in the bottom of the pan use chicken broth or even better, white wine! Cover your bird with cheese cloth soaked in melted butter and white wine and your guests will absolutely devour that turkey. It will come out perfectly moist with crispy golden skin! You are welcome! 2. Cool freshly boiled water until 80 F/ 175 C
3. Use matcha whisk and whisk until completely smooth and foamy
4. Use a sweetener if you wish
5. Warm the milk and whisk it foamy
6. Stir and enjoy!
