This gentle craniosacral/SI work isn't just about relaxation — it's about releasing tension patterns your body has been holding onto for years. The jaw is deeply connected to the nervous system, and when it softens, so does everything else.

✔️ Brings healing you never thought possible
✔️ A feeling of peace you can actually feel in your body
✔️ Heals the root of the problem, not just the symptom
✔️ Gets you back to doing what you love

This is what Structural Integration + bodywork can do. 🙌

Same elbow. Same shoulder. Same lower back.

Every few days of golf, tennis, or pickleball — it flares up again, right on cue.

If you play, you already know this pattern. The injury isn't random, and it isn't your body "getting older" or falling behind the sport. It's showing up in the same spot because something underneath it hasn't actually resolved — a restriction, an old compensation, tissue that never fully released.

Structural Integration works with that underlying pattern instead of just calming down the symptom until the next round.

Left hip, left low back, left shoulder — same side, every single time, for years? Recovery Stories, Part 1 of 3
One client lived this exact pattern. He said, "The pain was always there. You adapt to it and get used to it."
He also said, "It takes action to get a reaction. Get out of that cycle of avoiding and placating."

Four years ago, I broke my arm. This is Part 1 of a three-part story.
As a hands-on therapist, that’s about as bad as it gets. The second I landed, I knew this felt different than anything I’d ever hurt before. My first broken bone, ever.
Physical therapy, structural work, and craniosacral therapy together got me back doing hands-on bodywork at six weeks, full time by four months.
But that last five or ten percent — getting all the way back to everything I used to do — took a lot longer. I’m confident I wouldn’t have gotten there without this work.

You used to bounce back the next day. Now it takes a week.
This isn’t just aging happening to you. This is something happening in your body that you can actually change — you just haven’t been shown how yet.
Slower recovery isn’t your new normal unless you decide it is.

That spot you keep stretching that never actually lets go? It’s not going to fix it — and stretching does help, just maybe not the way you’d expect.
If it’s tight because it’s covering for something else in your body, stretching gives real relief for a while, then it’s right back. You could stretch it every day for five years and still feel just as tight.
That’s not a discipline problem. Stretching, on its own, was never going to solve what’s actually driving it. #

Try this — most people are shocked how different their two sides are. 👇
Turn your head over one shoulder, like checking your blind spot backing out of the driveway. Come back to center, then turn the other way. Compare.
Which side was tighter for you? Tag someone to compare with. 👇

One massage, one adjustment, one session — helps for a few days, then it’s right back like nothing happened?
A single session works within whatever pattern your body’s already stuck in. It can loosen things up, calm things down — but the underlying pattern hasn’t changed.
Real, lasting change happens when each session builds on the last, shifting the pattern a little further each time, so your body actually holds the change.

Living with real pain — back, neck, wherever it shows up — and telling yourself it’s just normal now?
One of my clients is a professional MMA fighter who trains every single day. Before we started working together, she was often in pain and had simply learned to accept it.
She said, “Nobody wants to feel pain all the time. I would just think to myself — this is normal. And it’s not normal.”
If someone who demands everything from her body said that out loud, it’s worth asking yourself the same question.

Couldn’t walk more than a mile before your back starts seizing up — that burning, almost unbearable tightness? One client lived that for years. Now he walks five or six miles pain free. “I’m back to not missing out on things I was missing out on before.”
