Today 57 yrs ago I came into this world kicking and screaming...now at the age of 57 I no longer kick and scream now I'm happy to be here alive and growing by the hours bigger and better. I've learned to appreciate what little I have, I've lost family members, friends and material things in the last 3 yrs that have allowed me to see my worth, my value and the importance of giving to myself before others. I thank God, my mother & father, my gorgeous friends who cheer me on to be happy.

Today I'm leaping out of a plane to signify my freedom and that life is short that we should tackle our fears, desires, dreams and never allow another person, place or thing stop you from being YOU!

When we are blessed to have children we hope and pray that they grow into amazing adults. I was so blessed with this one right here back in 1992 this gorgeous little baby boy was handed to me after only a few hours of labor. He was quite the and still is today. But to know him is to love him he's full of love, life and so very talented. Please join me in celebration of another year around the moon the stars and the planets. I've been blessed with many children but this guy right here is near and death to my heart. He is my last born child and he and I have been through so much together. He's all grown up and today he's celebrating his 23rd birthday. Please join me in celebrating this beautiful young man!

Please be mindful about what type of conversations you have with some people...everyone suffers from something and one day you could hit a button that triggers their biggest fears, most horrible life experiences and they could be healing slowly...please don't set them back from going forward in their healing!!

I have learned today that I will remove myself from anyone's presence when they are harmful to my recovery and healing from my life experiences that I removed myself from!

No one will understand my reasons, my experience and or my love but ME & GOD! Nor do I owe anyone or anything an apology or forgiveness for MY feelings because they belong to me NOT you!

Be peaceful to one another at the end of the day...we don't know what and how many days we have left on this earth so good to yourself while you still have yourself!
