He credits his success to working his business everyday, keeping a daily calendar and helping build everyone on his team to the rank of Gold. Joe stated that when he was first introduced to Nature's Pearl, he noticed a difference, not only in the product, but also in the leadership. With no hesitation, I went full-time with Nature's Pearl in January 2013 and I haven't looked back!"

When asked what advice he would give to others who are aspiring to progress in the Career Plan, Joe stated "You need to make a commitment to yourself to be successful in Nature's Pearl. Take part in the weekly International Conference call, attend webcasts and meetings, and take advice from your up-line leaders." Staying focused on his main goal of building a business helped Joe reach the rank of Platinum Director in less than a year. Joe states that his main goal was to, "build my business and not focus on the negative. When obstacles would arise in front of me, I would stay positive. I am in control of the obstacle, the obstacle is not in control of me." Everyone will encounter rejections and disappointments and that is why Joe also believes it is important to stay in contact with your up-line leaders. Joe's advice is, "Anytime you feel down; call up!"
