Bad Hair Day

⭐️UPDATE⭐️ I’m moving at the beginning of June to a tiny town back in Nevada— with all of my fiancé’s health problems going on since last May it’s been a really hard year. Almost exactly like the start of Stardew, we are tired of modern day problems and going to take over Grandpa’s house, but it’s in the middle of the desert. (it’s an opportunity to afford Ro’s aggressive treatment plan and get them healthy again.)

So what does this mean for you?
I am hoping to come back to Portland every three months for a few days to work on clients but it’ll most likely be fairly limited availability. For those of you who need someone in the mean time, my coworker specializes in vivid colors, & for curly clients but those two are good at both of those services ❤️

It also means that y’all have two months to get in to see me before I leave— PLEASE let this be the time you book in advance because I’m anticipating being pretty booked until I move. As of now I still have my books open to new clients in case any of you want to get in but I can’t promise it will stay that way for long.

I will be continuing to do hair and use this account! I’m taking this opportunity to pivot into online hair education for both stylists AND clients, since I know some of yall will (literally) want to take things into your own hands.

So.. that’s it! I’m very much flying by the seat of my pants at this current juncture and am so grateful, and so terrified to be making such a big change. I’ll miss every one of you so so much and I’ve only truly made it this far because of my clients / friends.❤️ I’ll most likely be having a going away / birthday party at the end of May so let me know if you’d like to come!

I'm dealing with a family emergency😟

Hi everyone! You know I don't like bothering you with emails but I need to take a step back from work for a moment-- as many of you know, my partner woke up on the 15th and rapidly started losing their ability to walk. It's a crazy long story, but they're now wheelchair bound and we've been in and out of doctors appointments to figure out what the hell is going on. This also means we are moving asap to be in somewhere ADA accessible, etc, point is our lives have been a wild ride and we have no idea if they'll be able to walk again.

If you have an appointment sometime during this upcoming week, chances are I will need to reschedule so I can move us into a new place. My assistant India (Or Indie for short) will be reaching out to everyone via email to get you rescheduled.. however, it's looking like I may need to take advantage of the flexibility of my job to take last minute days off as my fiancé is very, very ill and could need to go to the ER at any minute. I appreciate your patience with me as we hopefully get them into a more stable condition.
