✅ Age 17 or older (16-year-olds may donate with parental consent)
✅ Weigh at least 110 lbs (approximately 50 kg)
✅ Be in good health and feeling well on the day of donation
✅ Bring a photo ID or American Red Cross donor card
✅ Eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating
❌ No tattoos or body piercings within 3 months prior to donation
