Mexico Tour | Day 4 | Puebla 🇲🇽

Day 4 of my Mexico journey took me to the beautiful city of Puebla, full of history, culture, and colors. We started early in the morning and traveled through San Andrés Cholula, where I saw the famous church built on top of the world’s largest pyramid.

Along the way, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Popocatépetl volcano, explored stunning colonial churches and temples, and walked through Puebla’s charming streets. One of my favorite stops was the Candy Street, filled with traditional sweets and local flavors.

We also passed by government buildings, visited local markets, and saw everyday life up close colorful crafts, spices, pottery, and handmade souvenirs. Puebla truly feels like a place where history is preserved and traditions are still alive.

If you enjoy culture, history, local food, and slow travel, this day was truly special.

Welcome to Day 3 of our Mexico City adventure!
This day was all about local transport, culture, museums, street food, and festive celebrations in the heart of the city.

🚇 Morning: Metro Ride to Constitution Plaza (Zócalo)
We started our day by taking the Mexico City Metro from our hotel to Constitution Plaza (Zócalo).
• Travel time: around 15 minutes
• Metro card cost: 24 pesos (one-time card purchase)
• Per trip fare: 6 pesos per person

Once you have the card, you can easily recharge it and use it for every metro ride.

🎄 Christmas Celebrations at Zócalo
In front of Constitution Plaza, the entire area was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was a stage drama performance, live programs, and concerts happening throughout the day. The festive atmosphere was amazing, with families and visitors enjoying the celebrations.

🏛️ Museum Visits
From Zócalo, we continued exploring the cultural side of the city:
• National Art Museum (MUNAL) – A stunning museum filled with art, history, and beautiful architecture.
• Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes – One of the most iconic landmarks in Mexico City, both inside and out.

🍴 Street Food & Local Fair
After the museums, we explored the street food area in front of Bellas Artes. The area felt like a fair, with:
• Clothes, accessories, dolls, toys, and small devices
• A wide variety of food stalls
• Rides and attractions for kids

For lunch, we had cup noodles, and later we enjoyed French fries from the street vendors — simple but satisfying!

✨ Evening: Back to Zócalo for the Lights
In the evening, we returned to Constitution Plaza to watch the Christmas lighting and special light shows. The atmosphere at night was magical and completely different from the daytime.

🚇 Return Home
We headed back to our hotel by metro around 9:00 PM, ending a full and memorable day in Mexico City.
