We have a limited number of rental opportunities available for qualified professionals. Full-time rental is offered at $250 per week, while part-time rental is available at $150 per week/per renter when shared with a "bestie". This space is suited for a variety of professionals, including Estos, Muas, natural nail technicians, lash artists, waxers, braiders, massage therapists, and others. We kindly request that only serious inquiries be made. Upon signing a commitment, renters will receive a comprehensive package, including Vagaro bookings, internet, break room amenities, off-street parking, prime location, Instagram content creation, and complimentary lash training.
