Hello, I am introducing a new procedure where I will send links to clients, requesting that they leave a review for Franchelle Salon after their visit. Today, I initiated the process by sending texts to clients from this past week. I will make a concerted effort to send the link to each client only once, rather than after each visit. To facilitate this, I will include a note in each client's file indicating that the link has been sent. A sample of the review request is provided below:

Existing appointment policies remain in place, but walk-in clients will have access to a limited menu of cut and color services.
