I need to make a disclaimer for all of my clients moving forward:
My child will be a part of your services in my shop for the foreseeable future. Because the only way to protect my baby is through HIPAA and my client paperwork at my business.
The systems put in place are not meant to protect us and we’re responsible for our children. Full price of service is still to be expected at your appointment.
If you’d like to cancel your appointment scheduled in the future, I completely understand. Also, In home appointments are on hold/cancelled unless we agree it’s safe for all parties involved. Thank you all for your understanding and I look forward to doing business with you all in the future.
I am working on other child care arrangements but I’ve been abused by the system so much I’m not sure I trust my child in anyone else’s hands ever again.
Any “New Clients” are on hold until child care can be agreed upon.
Any current clients agree to my daughter being at the appointment. And if the “New Client” paperwork was not previously filled out, It needs done before your next appointment.
Full payment will be expected if we both arrive for services.
No refunds will be issued for payments already received.
